Nicolas Morton began his professional journey at New York Life Insurance, where he participated in a highly selective finance rotational program. During this time, he gained experience in corporate audit, financial planning, and analysis. He contributed to company audits, assessed risks and controls, and worked with data analytics teams to improve operational efficiency. His work also included developing models to support risk assessment and business planning.

Later, Mr. Morton joined KPMG, where he collaborated with senior leadership and technology providers to ensure successful project execution. He conducted benchmarking analyses and participated in vendor selection processes.

Between 2019 and 2024, he became associate director of admissions and financial aid at Packer Collegiate Institute. In this role, he led initiatives that increased student enrollment and improved diversity within the student body. By developing targeted recruitment strategies and strengthening partnerships with schools and community organizations, he contributed to measurable growth in both enrollment and representation.
